There are 2 partners in our brand.  Dain Henry, originally from Trinidad and Tobago was raised in Toronto, Canada and later moved to NYC to attend the Fashion Institute of Technology. His diverse international experiences inspire his designs with a unique attention to practicality and beauty. Mr Henry is determined to create one of a kind pieces, quality and individuality and timeless fashion catering to the "Aura of a Woman."  And myself, Lisbeth Lora.  I'm a New York native with true fashionista style. I am so true to my craft of accessorizing that I have become a true connoisseur for the past four years. A favorite accessory of mine that represent woman are my handbags. To me, a woman who wear them "stand out in a crowd".  My ultimate goal of my handbags are to show, enhance and highlight the "Aura of a Woman"

DHM bags and accessories are customized products. The products are of genuine leather mixed with exotic skins such as: Alligator, Eel, Ostrich and Snake. The shapes are elegant,fun and lush ranging from bolsos (slouch bags), clutches, and handheld cases. The styles compromise DHM signature product the BelAir, for the upscale clients to the Stefani, for the professional client, which easily transitions from business to pleasure. It all began when Dain and I met Summer of '04. Dain Henry has always been a business man, he has an artifact store in Clearwater Beach, Florida so he's known how to operate a businesses since the early age of 18. One day he asked me what my goals were and what were my favorite items in my closet, I replied: my accessories, belts but the key item are handbags. He asked me how about we begin a business making handbags? I said to myself sounds great, lets do it, no stepping backwards.

I have always dreamt about being my own boss and living comfortable .Having my own business at age 22 has opened my eyes into everything, everything is possible and if you have dreams don't ever let anyone tell you you can not become someone in life, you have to believe in yourself. It'll be a long and bumpy journey, but we have great things in life we can't let go of.  If you are great at something, go forward with it.  Dain and I have been best friends ever since Summer '04 when we first met. We began with three pieces: Lora Lora I,Stefani I and Bel Air I, and now three years later our brand has emerged.. Our customized approach to luxe Italian design has maintained its’ appeal. Our designs use unique elements of style concocted from the Middle East and Latin America. Dain H Maschile(DHM) stands above the crowd in all aspects of its’ designs, from the eccentric appeal of fine couture, mixed with pizazz and enigmatic appeal. The DHM line is not just a fashion statement it’s an entire composition that defines the essence and beauty of fine accessories. Clients describe DHM designs as “over the top” mixing exquisite details with sensuality. It is a phenomenon unlike any other.

So far, we have no nightmare stories to share. Our achievements all begin with our successful donations to Rush Philanthropic Art for Life Foundation of '08 events.  This art foundation is owned by Russell Simmons, and Danny Simmons. After we donated our bags, we realized that this is what we should be doing.
